We are all clear. The kids are going back to the classroom. (9:47 a.m.)

Good morning, Bluejay family! This notification is to let you know about a gas leak in the elementary building. As we began school, the smell of natural gas was very strong. We evacuated the building and the kids are watching a movie in the high school auditorium. We have the natural gas company and the proper people here to fix the HVAC system. It should be a short time and we will have the kids back in the classroom. I would like to thank Alex Hibbert of the Cimarron fire department for helping us ventilate the entire building. A huge thank you to Jason Kirkby, Terry Groves, and Erica Edmondson for always keeping our kids safe.
